I had great opportunities working with diplomats, professors and social media influencers around the world invited by Japanese government.

During their stay, I was responsible as a cultural ambassador to introduce Japanese culture in various ways, from business to tourism and promoted Japan to the world.

Asahikawa presents at Japan Travel Mart

Asahikawa is located in the middle of Hokkaido, northern part of Japan. It is surrounded by beautiful nature with many sightseeing attractions such as various ski resorts, hot springs, famous zoo and flower gardens.

I have assisting various negotiations and promotion activities for overseas buyers at the Japan Travel Mart,
the largest tourism exhibition in Japan for last 5 years. 

World skill competition

Contents: Assisting the overseas training, interpreting during the whole competition include wide range of communication support with experts from all over the world.

World skill competition is the international competition that young talented people who selected from each country compete their skills in various categories.

Held in Russia in 2019, I participated as an interpreter in carpentry category and was responsible for various roles.
It was truly precious experiences as well as meeting people around the world.

In 2023, the Abilimpics Skills Competition was held in France and
I also attended as an interpreter.
My competitor got a silver medal. It was another great experiences.

TV production features Japanese sword

The number of foreign visitors to Japan has been rapidly increasing in recent years.

I assisted various TV shooting features foreign visitors. 
It was great opportunity to learn Japanese swords and history as well as meeting a well known sword smith.

Marine Travel Lift into Japanese Market

Contents: Various sales activities, client relations, visiting marinas all over Japan, attending overseas trips, introductions, consulting, liaison and coordination with a head office in US, travel arrangements, scheduling, translating documents, others

I was honored to assist Marine Travellift for business development in Japan for last 10 years. I was very excited being a part of creating new business model and building new relationships from scratch.

Especially, I contributed myself most for filling cultural gaps, understanding and bringing both Japanese and Americans to be win-win situation. Today they could earn trust from customers and maintain good relationships together.

After 10 years of our effort, many machines were introduced into Japanese marinas today.

Medical NGO provide various disaster relief activities

Contents: Assisting negotiations and various meetings, assisting food donation and other supplies deliveries, research, appointments, interpreting, setting up a new office, supporting multinational staffs, scheduling, travel arrangements, others

IMC (international Medical Corps) is global humanitarian, nonprofit organization dedicated to saving lives and relieving suffering through health care training and development program. IMC sent the emergency team to Japan right after the earthquake disaster happened in March 11 and continued supporting damaged area for more than 2 years.
 
It was first time for me to involve NGO group and I was able to contribute myself in various disaster relief activities such as food donation and distribution of emergency supplies over 2 years. 

One of the most precious experience was to visit the local elementary school, where it was one of the most damaged area by earthquake. My mission was to delivery 200 drawings sent from children in US. It was truly rewarding experiences in my life. 

US vegetable exporter into Japanese market

Malena Produce provides premium vegetables in US. Japan is the first market for them to expand their business to oversea market.

I was pleased to assist their market entry in Japan as well as building relationships from scratch. I was often inspired by their passion and spent quality time together while we were visiting potential clients all over Japan. I have assisted Malena for 10 years and was glad to see how successful they became in Japan today.
